Professional Experience

Nagwa is the admin. & fin. managerĀ in PKF Rashed, Badr & Co., she has worked in PKF Egypt since 1998

She is responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial management, accountability requirements and human resources management

She provides assistance to staff in implementing and complying with financial and administrative procedures

Areas of Expertise


  • Oversee administration of human resources, including but not limited to, maintaining personnel files, assisting with recruitments and orientation procedures,
  • Maintain finance and administration files.
  • Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the partners

Accounting / Finance

  • Ensure compliance and consistency with PKF policy,
  • Ensure sound cash management of local bank accounts and maintains petty cash fund
  • Process payroll for staff
  • Prepare financial reports and internal management reports for the partners containing budget to actual expenditure information and analysis
  • Perform month-end closing and year-end closing of firm's accounts
  • Provide assistance to partners and staff
