Mahmoud El Garahy is responsible for managing audit engagements, particularly for financial institutions, banks, and NGOs. His role includes ensuring the quality and efficiency of audit processes, working closely with clients to provide insights, and offering advisory services to enhance their financial reporting and compliance.

Experience

Mahmoud joined PKF Egypt in October 2024 as an Audit Partner, bringing over 20 years of audit experience across the Middle East. He has deep expertise in auditing financial institutions, insurance, banking, manufacturing, and retail companies, as well as NGOs and sports clubs. Mahmoud has audited major entities such as the Arab African International Bank, Central Bank of Egypt, and Banque Du Caire. He holds several professional qualifications, including a Fellowship from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK, and the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (ESAA). Mahmoud also possesses a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA.
